We are based at Selbourne House and Rowan House in Hyde. We see children in their homes, special schools or in clinics.
We work with children aged 0-16 years registered with a GP in Tameside or Glossop, their families and /or carers.
Children need to be referred by a health professional such as a G.P., Consultant, Health Visitor or School Nurse.
