You can also rebook or cancel your appointment by responding to the 7 day text reminder.
Please do not respond to a text if your appointment is within 2 working days, please ring the booking team.
Failure to attend an appointment without notice will result in a 'Did Not Attend' appointment outcome and you may be referred back to your GP.
Please be aware that if you cancel an appointment more than twice, you may be referred back to your GP.

Antenatal appointments must be cancelled by contacting the department on 0161 922 6169.
In these cases, please do not use this form, the appointment will not get cancelled.
