Most seven day text reminders are a two way text format that allows patients to inform us if they will be attending their appointment, or if you wish to cancel or rebook, as shown in the example on the right.
The 48 hour text reminder is a one way text, so if an appointment needs rearranging at this time, please telephone the number on your appointment letter as soon as possible.
