Three of the Trust’s community nurses have been awarded with the prestigious Queen’s Nurses Award. Emma Frain, Matron for District Nursing; Amanda Hayden, District Nursing Sister and Paula Bell, District Nurse Team Leader will be formally presented with the award via an online (virtual) ceremony on 13 December 2021.
This award is specifically for community nurses who are committed to learning, leadership and excellence in patient care.
Chief Executive, Karen James OBE, said, "I am sure you will join me in saying a huge congratulations to Emma, Amanda and Paula and thank them for their commitment and dedication in delivering the very highest standards for our patients in the community."
