There have been a number of changes to the board of Tameside and Glossop NHS Integrated Care Foundation Trust.
The Board plays a key role in shaping the strategy, vision and purpose of the Trust. Its members are responsible for holding the Trust to account.
Michael Forrest (pictured) has been appointed as the new Deputy Chair of the Board of Directors on Thursday 1 February.
Michael has sat on the Board since 2022 as a Non-Executive Director. He chairs the Workforce Committee and is a member of the Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee.
Sallie Bridgen left the Trust after serving on the Board for seven years as a Non-Executive Director.
Dr Hina Khan will join the Board as a replacement for Sallie and will chair our Quality and Governance Committee.
Dr Khan is a working GP, and is also the current Clinical Lead in long-term conditions monitoring and maternity at Cheshire and Merseyside Integrated Care Board.
