Our values and behaviours underpin everything we do. From our recruitment policy to the way we communicate with colleagues and patients, our values and behaviours should always be at the centre. Our values and behaviours aren't just a collection of words, they have meaning - we believe in them and we expect our team to demonstrate them every day.
