Our service standards

We strive to process applications to join the library within two working days. Items may be borrowed immediately if Trust ID produced and staff are available.

Inter library loan book requests will be processed within two working days and supplied within five working days where possible.

Document supply article requests will be processed within two working days. Urgent requests will be dealt with promptly and supplied within two working days where possible.

Unless urgent for service delivery literature searches will usually be supplied within 10 working days.
- We will respond to all enquiries within two working days.

Items requested for stock by customers and approved for purchase will be ordered within one month, if financial circumstances permit.
